The legal documents of the collection were collected by Dr. Ernest Pereszlenyi in a Hungarian Refugee Camp in Branau am-Inn after the World War II. Most of them were written and typed in 1944 and 1945. They are about damage announcement about the loss of properties by a lot of Hungarian people. After seizing these properties they went to report it and the result of them were these legal documents.

Tape recorded excerpts from Hungarian regime and freedom station broadcasts, including excerpts from speeches of Hungarian political leaders and on-the-spot recordings. These excerpts were either

  1. Monitored directly Radio Free Europe or
  2. Assembled by Radio Free Europe from various sources.
