Part of the tradition of Cleveland?s Hungarian community is the annual Elite Ball for the benefit of the Divine Redeemer Home for the Aged, 4680 Lander Rd., Orange Village.

This year's Elite Ball will be held Sunday evening in the Sheraton-Cleveland Hotel under the general chairmanship of Municipal Judge Louis M. Petrash.

Mrs. Joseph Andrejkovics is chairman of the affair for the 11th year. Co-chairman is Mrs. Joseph F. Balint. Treasurer of ball is Miss Belle D. Jakab and secretary is Mrs. Stephen Blaner.

Feature of every Elite Ball is the sale of Hungarian bakery goods made by Hungarian women of Greater Cleveland. Al Angelotta's orchestra will play for the dance.

IMMIGRATION LEGISLATION hearings will take place at 9:30 a.m. Saturday in the office of Congressman Michael A. Feighan in the Federal Building, Public Square.

Purpose of this hearing is to provide an opportunity for organizations and interested individuals from the Cleveland area to express their views on the immigration bill now pending before Congress.

Copies of a questionnaire prepared by Congress Feighan may be secured from Feighan?s office, room 306, Federal Bldg. Organizations and individuals wishing appear at the hearing should notify Feighan?s office, Cherry 1-7900, extension 7349.

CROATIAN RADIO HOUR, directed by John Birek, will present its 1000th broadcast Sunday. This is one of the oldest foreign language radio programs in Cleveland. It broadcasts Croatian music every Sunday from 9 to 9:30 a. m. on WERE and from noon to 1:30 p. m. on WZAKFM.

NETHERLANDS America Society of Ohio announces registration for a beginners? Dutch language class, open to adults with some previous experience in Dutch. For further information call the class instructor, Jan Van Galen, at 721-9983.

Folk Music of western Europe will be presented free, at 8:30 p.m. tomorrow in Park View Federal Savings and Loan Assn., 2618 North Moreland Blvd.
