More than 800 persons from four continents are here for the 15th annual Hungarian Cultural Congress.

The three-day meeting, ending today at the Cleveland Plaza, has drawn Free World Hungarians from Canada, Europe, South America and Australia as well the Untied States.

The discussions yesterday were on the impact of U.S.-Soviet accord at Helsinki on the future of Europe, said spokesman Lel F. Somogyi.

Displays and program sessions focused on achievements in music, art, literature, science, engineering, architecture, medicine and other fields.

The Arpad Academy, a cultural and literary society, honored many of the works at a banquet last night, said Dr. Ferenc Somogyi, general secretary. The main speaker was writer Albert Wass.
